1. Acceptance of Payment Terms
By purchasing or subscribing to any service from Razer Hosting, you (“Client,” “Customer,” or “User”) agree to these Payment Terms of Service in addition to our general Terms of Service (TOS).
If you do not agree to these terms, you must not proceed with any payment or purchase.

2. Payment Methods
Razer Hosting accepts payments through approved and secure gateways such as:

3. Payment Schedule
All hosting and service payments are due in advance of the service term (monthly, quarterly, or annually).
Automatic renewals are enabled by default for recurring services, unless manually canceled by the user before the renewal date.
Failure to make timely payments may result in temporary suspension or permanent termination of your hosting services.

4. Late Payments
Invoices not paid within 3 days of the due date may result in suspension of the associated service.
If payment is not received within 7 days of the due date, Razer Hosting reserves the right to terminate the service and permanently delete associated data.
Late payments may incur additional administrative or reactivation fees.

5. Refund Policy
Refunds are granted only under specific conditions, as outlined below:
A full refund may be requested within 48 hours of the initial purchase for first-time customers only.
No refunds are issued for renewals, upgrades, or account credits.
No refunds will be given if the account has been suspended or terminated for violating our Terms of Service or Acceptable Use Policy.
Refunds, when approved, will be processed through the original payment method within 5–10 business days.

6. Chargebacks and Disputes
Filing a chargeback or payment dispute against Razer Hosting without contacting support first is considered a violation of this policy.
If a chargeback is filed, your account may be immediately suspended or terminated without notice.
Razer Hosting reserves the right to refuse future services to any client who issues a chargeback or dispute.

7. Cancellations
You may cancel your service at any time through your client panel or by contacting billing support.
Cancellations must be submitted at least 24 hours before the next billing cycle to avoid automatic renewal.
